A valid, government issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, state ID) that shows you are 21 years or older.
Cash or a debit card
Medical patients should also bring a valid, in-state, government issued medical cannabis card.
All Consume locations accept cash. There are ATMs onsite at every Consume location. Some of our locations accept debit cards. Contact your dispensary to confirm what forms of payment they are able to accept.
First time cannabis users should speak with an advisor at the dispensary in order to select the right product and dose. If you have placed your order online or at a kiosk, please speak with your advisor during the checkout process to ensure that you understand proper dosing and that the products will have the intended effect.
We encourage first time users to start low and go slow. With some cannabis products, it can take up to two hours to feel the effects. We recommend heading over to our Cannabis Resources page to learn more about cannabis and cannabis products. At Consume, our motto is “We will guide you” and we take that seriously. Any cannabis should be smoked in a private space where smoking and vaporizing are allowed. Smoking cannabis in public spaces is prohibited by state and local laws. You should also check any lease and building agreements before smoking in your rented apartment or house.
You cannot smoke while driving or operating any sort of vehicle, or while a passenger in a vehicle.
Cannabis should be stored securely and out of reach if you are driving. It is federally illegal for cannabis to cross state lines.
Our menus are live, meaning they reflect our actual inventory. They are updated throughout the day as new products and accessories are delivered and purchased.

Each state has different qualifications for a medical card. We’re happy help you understand the requirements and locate the appropriate forms. Learn more below in each state’s FAQ section!
Arizona’s adult use tax rate is a 16% excise tax in addition to a 8.43% sales tax.
Recreational consumers 21 years and older are allowed to purchase up to 28 grams of cannabis per dispensary transaction. Of the 28 grams total, 5 grams can be concentrated and infused cannabis products such as edibles, vaporizer cartridges, extracts, etc. Recreational edibles are limited to 10 mg of THC per serving and/or 100 mg per package.
Arizona does not allow for reciprocity at this time. Those with medical cards from other states are welcome to purchase from the Adult Use menu.
Arizona allows qualifying patients to apply for a medical marijuana program registry card if an active Arizona physician confirms that you have at least one of the following qualifying conditions:
• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
• Cancer
• Glaucoma
• Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)
• Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)
• Hepatitis C
• Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
• Crohn’s Disease
• Agitation of Alzheimer’s disease
• Cachexia or wasting syndrome
• Severe and chronic pain
• Severe nausea
• Seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy
• Severe or persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis
Physical and digital applications are accepted. For the online application, you can make an account for a Patient Only Registry card or apply with caregiver.
In addition to the application, you will need:
• Proof of Arizona residency (valid Arizona driver’s license, state ID or signed voter registration)
• Medical Marijuana Physician Certification form completed by your physician
• Medical Marijuana Patient Attestation
• Application fee.

Illinois’s adult use tax rate is based upon which product is being purchased in addition to regular sales tax for that location. Here is the breakdown of taxes per category
10% tax on cannabis products with 35% THC or less
25% tax on cannabis products with 35% THC or more
20% tax on THC-infused cannabis products (edibles, tonics, liquids)
8-11% tax on all cannabis products, set by each town and county a store is located in.
The prices on the Illinois menus are displayed as pre-tax as of 11/15/22.
Illinois residents may purchase:
Up to 60 grams of cannabis flower
Up to 1000 milligrams of THC in a cannabis-infused product, basically anything that falls under the edible or topical categories
Up to 10 grams of cannabis concentrate
Out of state residents may purchase:
Up to 30 grams of cannabis flower
Up to 500 milligrams of THC in a cannabis-infused product, basically anything that falls under the edible or topical categories
Up to 5 grams of cannabis concentrate
Illinois medical patients are able to purchase at least 2.5oz (70 grams) every 14 days.
Illinois does not allow for reciprocity at this time. Out of state medical cannabis patients are offered a discount off of our Adult Use menu.

Illinois residents can apply for their Medical Cannabis Patient Program registry card if an Illinois healthcare provider certifies that they suffer with a qualifying condition.
After being certified by a healthcare professional, patients may schedule an appointment with Consume for assistance with their application. Patients can apply independently at ILOGIN.ILLINOIS.GOV.

*Reduced fee pricing is available to those who receive SSA benefits, are 65+, or are an honorably discharged military veteran.
Once an application has been approved, patients will receive an email that their official registry card is active.
Provisional (temporary) medical cannabis cards are available after the application fee is processed; patients can purchase medical cannabis the same day that they apply at Consume!
* Digital cards are accepted in store; curbside pickup requires a physical card.

Michigan’s adult use tax rate is a 10% excise tax in addition to a 6% sales tax.
A person 21 years or older can purchase no more than 2.5 ounces of cannabis or equivalent product in a single transaction, with no more than 15 grams in the form of cannabis concentrate. The daily purchase limit for flower, resin and extract is determined by the weight of the product. For infused products, like those that fall under the edibles and topicals categories, use the conversion chart below.
16 ounces of a solid marijuana infused product (gummies, chocolates, baked goods, etc.) is equal to one (1) ounce of usable marijuana.
36 fluid ounces of liquid marijuana infused product (tinctures, beverages, topicals) is equal to one (1) ounce of usable marijuana.
Adults 21 years and older can possess up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis or equivalent away from home, and up to 10 ounces within their home. Persons 21 years or older can possess 15 grams of cannabis concentrate.
