ConsumeClub members earn one point per dollar spent. The more points you earn, the greater the rewards! Loyalty members can also earn double or triple points on special days to get to the next reward even faster.

For every 250 points you earn, ConsumeClub members will have a $10 reward added to their wallet! These rewards are tiered, so you can save up for a bigger reward or treat yourself to $10 off a purchase. Loyalty rewards can be used in combination with any other sale or discount.

Member benefits

In addition to earning points on every purchase, ConsumeClub members who opt into receiving texts and emails from Consume will get updates from their favorite store including special deals, new product launches, and bonus points.

Your SpringBig and AlpineIQ login info will not work for this platform. We utilize the email address you give us at our point of sale for your login - make sure to give it to your budtender!

ConsumeClub FAQs

  • You can redeem your points at any Consume dispensary. At checkout, provide the phone number associated with your account. Let your advisor know how many points you’d like to redeem. You can also show your advisor the reward in your wallet on your phone.

  • Your points do not expire. If you are missing points but haven’t redeemed them, reach out to your local Consume dispensary and an advisor will look into this for you. Please note that if you revoke your ConsumeClub.com Loyalty Opt-In, your points may be invalidated.

  • You do not have to opt into communication from Consume to earn points. We recommend that you opt in so you don’t miss any store announcements or exclusive deals.

  • You can track your points in your wallet. Click here to access your wallet.

  • It can take up to 48 hours for your points to be refreshed following a purchase. If you are missing points after this time frame, contact your store so an advisor can look into it for you.
